Couples Therapy
Connections require intention and intentions require effort, consistency, a willingness to engage in self-reflection, and if needed a shift in how one perceives and/or responses to that which emerges within the realm of a relationship.
If you find yourself struggling with:
-
Prioritizing the relationship
-
Communicating with your Partner
-
Perpetual Challenges without a resolve of compromise
We specialize in supporting:
-
High-performing couples: dual-career partners, athletes, executives, and their spouses who are managing pressure at home and pressure at work simultaneously
-
Couples rebuilding after betrayal: infidelity, breaches of trust, or broken agreements that have left the relationship feeling unsafe
-
Couples stuck in conflict cycles: the same fight on repeat, with no resolution in sight
-
Couples who've grown apart: partners who love each other but have lost the sense of being a team
Our Approach: Gottman Method Couples Therapy
Suite 111 draws on the Gottman Method, one of the most extensively researched approaches to couples therapy available. Rather than guessing at what's wrong, we use structured assessment to understand your relationship's specific patterns — then build a plan around what the research shows actually works: strengthening friendship, managing conflict productively, and creating shared meaning.
This isn't advice-giving or referee-ing. It's a process that helps you both see the relationship more clearly and gives you concrete skills to change how you engage with each other.
If You're Struggling With
-
Prioritizing the relationship amid competing demands
-
Communicating without shutting down or escalating
-
Perpetual conflicts that never seem to resolve
-
Rebuilding trust after betrayal
-
Feeling emotionally distant from your partner
...it's time for a more strategic approach than "just talk it out."
